Our Approach

Beginning with an initial videoconferencing call, we survey prospective clients to understand their reputation management and career goals and ensure they align with career objectives, credentials, and experience. 

Following one or more discovery calls to understand a client’s background and needs, we develop a strategy to reshape one’s online presence to best showcase attributes and assets for stakeholders. This is a highly collaborative approach.

We then move on to technical and tactical issues and projects.

Our Process

One of the first things we do is determine the media demand for the client’s expertise.

We then develop a strategy that is content-specific and also platform-specific.

It is often the case that we need to reshape the client’s online reputation to better align with their goals.

Once the strategy is developed, we prepare an implementation plan.

This may require outsourcing tasks or collaborating with colleagues who will execute specific aspects of the plan.
